Erika clearly is very passionate about her work as a Photographer!!! She was highly reliable, really caring and helped us to feel comfortable and relaxed & have fun. Erika took natural shots + had many ideas for photo poses herself & was open to suggestions for compositions of photos from us. How is this for customer service. Ilya got stuck on 32nd floor in power outage with bride, groom, guest small children that needed carrying and his equipment. He helped them down the fire exit all joking and laughing and even got some photos of THAT event as well.
