Sam is very flexible, style-wise, when it comes to food photography. He produces outstanding results from just using a single light to, a full-commercial, fully lit setup. I worked closely with Sam Lim during his time in Hinge Inquirer. One of the things that impressed me was his versatility and expertise in photography.
