Mr. West has a great personality but was 20 minutes late for our appointment and I informed him that I don’t take pictures well and needed him to help me be more photogenic and he agreed. But when it was time to shoot photos he just shot photos with very little instructions or creativity. I had to make stuff up on my own in hopes something would come out right. Also Mr. West said the photos would be viewable at 1pm well he didn’t send them over until 8:40p after a few text requesting them. I don’t want him to loose his job but I’m a client who probably won’t be recommending this agency to any of my colleagues or friends due to the service I received. To whom it may concern my name is Kevin and on July 18, at 6:30pm I was scheduled to have photos taken by me of your photographers by the name of Mr. West. Mr. West showed up on time but after our photo session I was not satisfied with the results and wrote a negative review describing my displeasure. I initially wrote that he was late and I apologize for the confusion but I was wrong. I thought the shoot was scheduled for 6:00p but it was actually scheduled for 6:30p my apologies to West and the the mistake. UPDATE: West contacted me after receiving the information regarding the negative review and apologize for my displeasure with my photos and like a true professional that i have recently discovered that he is…he immediately took measures to correct the confusion and make it right. We arranged to re-shoot the session on July 30, 2021 at 6pm in downtown Phoenix and West took me through a series of poses and shots and the results were amazing!!! I’m completely satisfied with my photos and West professionalism. I would like to totally recant my negative review to replace it with this positive recantation. I know believe that West is a true asset to your company and because of this I will come back and recommend my colleagues and friends about Snappr and Mr. West. Thanks Mr. Kevin Jones 3137588545
