About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality of support we provide our rockstar employees in our Manila office. You will be challenged to be part of our People Operations team and to oversee the compensation and benefits side of our People & Culture team. Your impact on the team will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our employees to be well taken care of as they help our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide. 
What You'll Do:

  • Benefits Strategy
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and maintain an internal job band structure based on benchmarked data.
  • Design new and improve existing Compensation and benefits programs and processes.
  • Act as main point of contact for SNAPPR’s third party vendors (eg. Accountant, HMO Provider, Payroll SAAS Provider)

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Review completeness and accuracy of timekeeping and time-off records and work with the team leaders to reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Review accuracy of payroll computation prepared by the finance & payroll vendor.
  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for all employees’ government benefits & HMO availment.
  • Process referral bonuses and other employee reimbursements.
  • Track and release all employees’ performance-related pay.
What You'll Need:
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 3 years of experience in administering Compensation Cycle 
  • At least 1 years of experience in designing and improving compensation and benefits programs and processes. 
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  • Great spreadsheet skills to analyze data and manage projects
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
