About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality of support we provide our rockstar employees in our Manila office. You will be challenged to be part of our People Operations team and be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and day-to-day administration of the company’s equity portfolio. As an early-stage start-up, you will have lots of opportunities to build different functions and processes from the ground up that may include other finance-related scopes. Your impact on the team will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our employees to be well taken care of as they help our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.
What You'll Do:
Work with the CEO and other internal stakeholders in managing equity grant offering options
Work with the leadership team in managing the whole Snappr Equity Portfolio and designing equity strategies across all locations
Work with third-party providers (ex. Carta, legal firms, etc.) in administering and tracking equity grants
Communicate the equity program to both internal and external stakeholders, and address any questions or concerns
Managing any options purchasing by current or former employees
Potentially handle other finance-related responsibilities such as financial modeling, budgeting, etc.
What You'll Need:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Equity Planning and Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or similar capacity
Communicate with and manage stakeholders effectively
Great spreadsheet skills to analyze data and manage projects
Strong Project management and problem solving skills
A "let's get it done" mindset
