What you'll do:
  • Office & Facilities Management
  • Lead our search for new office space and execute our return-to-office strategy.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Snappr and all our vendor partners/service providers.
  • Manage the purchasing, repair, and retirement of all office-related fixed assets (except IT hardware).
  • Lead a team of office services personnel and ensure that the office is consistently in tip-top shape. 
  • Manage our compliance to all local government regulatory requirements.

  • Workplace Experience
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team in planning and managing office events and manage internal communications across all employees. 
  • Proactively anticipate and address employee workplace needs across in-office, hybrid, and remote work environments.
  • Collaborate/support the IT team in ensuring that employees are provided with the work tools they need to be fully productive.
  • Manage overall maintenance of office condition and liaise with facility management vendors, including close coordination with technical services team, property services and  security services.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented accordingly.

  • Occupational Health & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements set by various government regulatory bodies.
  • Implement all COVID-19 safety protocols.
  • Administer mandatory safety training for all employees in partnership with a qualified safety officer/vendor.
  • Create and manage all mental health and other wellness-related policies and programs.

What you'll need:
  • 3-5 years experience in office and facilities management, workplace experience, or a similar role
  • Exceptional people skills and a skilled communicator
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well

Job Benefits:
