The team you’ll join

Snappr has a fast growing team of marketers based in the US and Philippines. You will work in the marketing team to help develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on social platforms that sell photoshoots to new and existing customers. You will also be able to collaborate with search engine marketing managers, email marketing managers, social media managers, designers, and sales team to help assist and support your projects.


The problem you will help to solve

Professional photography is something that most people have heard of but not many people have actually tried for themselves either because they don’t know how to find a photographer or because they think that a professional photographer will be too expensive.

Your responsibility is to develop and execute paid marketing campaigns on social platforms that will target new customers and drive sales while maintaining a cost/acquired customer cap. We have figured out how to get paid ads to work at scale and at a good ROI on search ads but we have not been able to get paid social ads to work at scale.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create and manage paid social ad campaigns on popular social platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok.
  • Optimize spend and bids of paid social ad campaigns to reach ROI and cost per acquired customer targets.
  • A/B test copy, creative, and landing pages for paid social ad campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance of paid social ad campaigns to the marketing manager.
About You
  • You love commanding ownership over your own projects and have a passion for growth.
  • You know the ins-and-outs of paid social platforms and can build paid ad campaigns from the ground up.
  • You are data driven and love to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • You focus on achieving results and are not afraid to ask for resources that will help get your projects done.
