About the role:
With our global footprint and hyper growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of the photo editors in our Manila office. As a Photo Editor Team Lead, you will be challenged to lead a team of specialists who bring out the full potential of all the shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide. Your team's impact on delivering vibrant, standout galleries to our customers and giving them an incredible booking experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.
What you'll do:
- Recruitment, initial and ongoing training, and management of the photo editing team
- Achieve team targets by successfully managing the editing team across multiple time zone shifts
- Oversee photo editing task queue and ensure timely turnaround of edited galleries.
- Edit customer galleries
- Write photo editor service manual, knowledgebase, including FAQ
- Communicate with Customer Success Manager and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.
- Work with management to design and implement an incentive program
- Producing regular performance reports
- Assist photo editors in editing whenever necessary to meet SLAs
What you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience with professional photography and photo editing
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to edit thousands of photos efficiently within a given timeframe and with an excellent standard of quality
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Highly driven to complete tasks with an excellent standard of quality and within schedule
- Highly organized and can work with minimal supervision
- Highly driven to achieve targets and exploit growth opportunities
- Intensely systems driven and highly organized

- Proficiency in video editing is a plus!
Job benefits:
- PHP 45-50K monthly on-target earnings (including performance pay)
