About the role:

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of Partner Photographers shooting on our platform. As the Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to envision and execute an experience that will carry our users through the journey of becoming active and engaged photographers in a fast, easy, and intuitive way. Your impact on recruiting, onboarding, and making new photographers successful will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.

What you'll do:
  • Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our community of photographers 
  • Manage photographer recruitment funnels to meet launch targets
  • Understand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power Snappr's growth
  • Utilize data to understand photographer behavior and areas for improvement in our photographer recruitment and communication
  • Develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:
  • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
  • At least 5 years of hyper-growth operations / online marketplace/consulting/business intelligence/strategy or related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects at your organization.
  • Experience with creating and optimizing operational processes
  • Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets and data analytics skills
  • Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and communications
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • Self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate, and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
