About the role:
Our Central Ops team is the heart and soul of Snappr. There are four divisions within this team: Business Operations, Enterprise Operations, Consumer Operations, and Marketplace Operations. 

We trust our Ops Managers to run the show. The Sr Enterprise Operations Manager leads a high charging team focused on delivering quality Snappr services to all of our Enterprise partners. They will also work with global, cross-functional counterparts (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and other Ops verticals) to drive innovation, scale our most impactful processes and initiatives, and incubate new experiments to drive consumer and enterprise growth.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the Enterprise Operation team by scoping out and owning initiatives that will drive company-wide goals focused on our Enterprise partners
  • Identify, incubate, and lead cross-functional, long term projects that solve the most complex challenges in our Enterprise business
  • Develop play books on how to launch these long term projects by breaking them into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
  • Continuously improve existing processes that will allow the Enterprise business to quickly scale
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth functioning of our Enterprise business
  • Analyze data, conduct research, and synthesize feedback into operational plans
  • Utilize data to understand photographer and customer behavior and incubate new initiatives to improve their experience in the Enterprise business
  • Build, track, and communicate out on detailed performance metrics to make data-driven decisions at scale
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
