Was liebst du an deinem Job?

What I love most about my job is the ability to turn real moments into something lasting. I get to be present for experiences that are meaningful—events, people, environments—and translate them into visuals that others can connect with.
There’s also a creative problem-solving aspect I enjoy. Every shoot is different, and I’m constantly thinking about light, composition, timing, and how to tell the story in the strongest way possible. It keeps the work challenging in a good way.

Welche Shootings hast du schon gemacht und wie hast du sie besonders gemacht?

I’ve worked on a range of shoots including weddings, events, organization features, and branded content. Each one requires a different approach, but weddings stand out the most to me.
What makes weddings special is being fully present in the moment. You can’t control the timeline or recreate emotions—you have to anticipate them. I focus on reading the room, watching for subtle interactions, and positioning myself to capture genuine, unfiltered moments as they happen. That’s how you get images that feel real, not staged.
I make those shoots stand out by prioritizing authenticity over perfection. Instead of over-directing, I let moments unfold and use composition and timing to elevate them. The goal is to create images that don’t just document the day, but actually bring people back into how it felt.

A fun fact about me is that I lived in Japan as a child. That experience exposed me to a completely different culture and way of seeing the world early on, which definitely shaped how I approach photography—especially my attention to detail, environment, and storytelling.
