Was liebst du an deinem Job?

Here’s a polished first-person answer:

What I love most about my job is the special care I get to give to each client. For me, photography is not just about taking pictures; it is about creating trust, understanding a vision, and capturing moments that are worth a thousand words. I love helping people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, so their real personality, emotions, and story can come through naturally.

One of the most rewarding parts of photography is seeing my clients’ reactions when they receive their photos. Whether they smile, print the image, hang it in their home, use it as a profile picture, or simply feel proud of how they look, that joy means everything to me. Knowing that I helped create an image that will stay with them forever is truly priceless.

I also love the creative process. Sometimes a client has a specific artistic idea, and sometimes they are not fully sure what they want yet. I enjoy working with them, exchanging ideas, finding the right angle, mood, and style, and bringing that vision to life together. That interaction and collaboration are a big part of what makes photography so meaningful to me.

Because photography started as a hobby and a passion, I see it as more than just a job. It is a way for me to help people preserve special memories, express themselves, or achieve personal and professional goals through powerful images. Whether the photos are for a personal occasion, a lasting souvenir, or a commercial purpose, I love being part of that process and giving my clients something they can truly value.

Welche Shootings hast du schon gemacht und wie hast du sie besonders gemacht?

I have done many types of shots, including events, portraits, pet portraits, and sports photography, especially soccer. What makes these shots special for me is not only the final image, but the patience, timing, and observation that happen before I press the shutter.

During events, I love capturing natural portrait-style moments. Some of my favourite shots happen when people are having a simple conversation and suddenly burst into laughter. In those moments, I try to be discreet and almost “camp” with my camera, waiting for the perfect second to capture the laugh, the smiling eyes, or the honest expression on someone’s face. I love those images because they feel real. They are not forced or staged; they show people as they truly are in that moment.

For portraits, I always try to capture more than just how someone looks. I look for the expression, the mood, and the small details that show their personality. Sometimes it is a smile, sometimes it is the way they look at someone, and sometimes it is a quiet moment that says a lot without words. I also enjoy portraits with pets, because cats and dogs bring such spontaneous energy. Sometimes they look curious, confused, playful, or deeply connected to their owner. I love playing with that moment and waiting for the perfect look between the pet and their person.

I also really enjoy action shots, especially on the soccer field. With soccer, I am always waiting for that exact moment where everything aligns: the player’s movement, the body posture, the ball, the background, the light, and the emotion. I love capturing a player while they are dribbling, feinting, or changing direction, especially when the movement creates a strong shadow or a sense of motion in the image. Those shots feel special because they tell a story. They show the technique, the intensity, the courage, and the energy of the game.

Celebration shots are also some of my favourites, especially during soccer games. I love capturing the chants, the joy, the relief, and the emotion right after an important moment. Those micro-expressions are powerful because they happen so quickly, but they say so much. A player’s face after a goal, a teammate’s reaction, or the energy of a group celebration can turn into an image that feels alive.

For me, making a photo special is about waiting for the right moment and understanding the environment. It is a combination of technique, timing, light, composition, and observation. I try to notice the background, the movement, the emotion, and the small details that can turn a simple photo into a meaningful one. Whether I am photographing an event, a portrait session, a pet, or a soccer match, my goal is always to capture something real, expressive, and memorable.

Wissenswertes über diesen Fotografen

A fun fact about me is that before I started my photography journey, and while I was already into IT and engineering, one of my biggest passions was actually cuisine. It is where a lot of my creativity started, and it is still something I truly enjoy today.

I have always loved learning how things are made, experimenting, and putting care into small details, whether it is through food, technology, or photography. Outside of that, I am also a big fan of entrepreneurship, soccer, video games, Japanese anime, traveling, and coffee. I like anything that brings creativity, culture, and energy together.
