More about ...
What do you love about your job?
Building relationships with my clients is important. I do so much more than just press a shutter button and never talk to them again. I want families to return to me for their next baby, that baby's one-year session, that baby's high school senior session!
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
All the types of sessions I listed above. I bring bottled water for clients on a hot day, maybe a beer for an unexcited dad/husband, snacks for the kids and cartoon videos on stand-by on my phone.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
2021 Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for the Young Professionals Awards through the Green Bay Chamber. Interviewed by the news for doing Front Porch Portraits during quarantine and raising $2,000 for my friend's local homeless shelter. This news story led to being featured in Reader's Digest and other websites.
A fun fact about this photographer
My husband and I honeymooned in Thailand for two weeks! At the age of 35, I became a wife, stepmom and stepgrandma.
