Kelvin has been taking pictures since he was a kid. He almost got a Fine Art major in photography but he figured it would be hard to earn a decent living as a photographer. He ended up getting a computer science degree and kept photography as a hobby. About 10 years ago, he started charging for my photography as way to make more money, so he can buy more camera equipment.

Recently, he has been taking menu photos for DoorDash and he can see how the pandemic devastates the food industry. So he wants to continue use his photography skill to help the community wherever he can.

¿Qué amas de tu trabajo?

Before I started doing DoorDash menu photos, I already have over 20000 photos on Yelp. This gives an opportunity to work even closer with the restaurants to show case their food.

¿Qué tipos de sesiones has hecho y cómo las hiciste especiales?

For food photo, I like to zoom in to show case the highlight of the dish.
For pets and kids photo, I like to get their eye contact. I think connection is very important.
