¿Qué amas de tu trabajo?
I love how photography can be such a creative pursuit while still requiring technical knowledge and problem-solving. It activates both sides of the brain in a way that not many other types of art can. There's no better moment than when your client sees your work for the first time and their face lights up with excitement. I love creating work that is loved deeply and used often.
¿Qué tipos de sesiones has hecho y cómo las hiciste especiales?
I've had clients ranging from large corporate manufacturers, outdoor brands, to wedding couples, and family pictures. Each type of work requires it's own skill set and knowledge, but they all share similarities as well. Being fun and easy to work with, finding interesting light, and capturing authentic moments is important no matter the discipline of photography.
Premios, honores y reconocimientos
I have won multiple first place selections for the Grand Haven Winterfest photography competition. My coworkers at the Montana State Exponent voted my pictures as 'Best Photograph of The Semester' in the school newspaper 4 semesters in a row. I won People's Choice Best Videographer in the Grand Haven Tribune. I've been published in numerous outdoor magazines like Powder, Freeskier, Backcountry Magazine, Unofficial Networks, Bike Mag, and more.
