Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

I truly enjoy portraying whatever my subject matter is as better, more beautiful, more exciting, more dazzling than it is in real life. It is a challenge that really drives me to blow the client away and if I don’t get a “WOW!”, then we keep shooting until we do.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

I have shot the gamut from travel to weddings to professional sporting events to wildlife and large events. Covering this broad spectrum of shoot types, I’ve always been able to make a connection with myself and the subject matter. Becoming invested in the result always leads to a successful shoot, and my passion, experience and expertise will always shine through.

Prix, distinctions et reconnaissances reçus

The industry I work in is very niche, so we are not generally recognized for our work outside of the industry. My honors or proof of recognition, then, would be the fact that I’ve never had to advertise to find work, it always just comes to me, so I must be doing something right.

I have a B.S. in environmental science from The Ohio State University and I’ve never held a job in that field. After working in IT for 10 years after college, photography quickly overtook everything else and became my primary source of income around 2004.
