En savoir plus sur Jose O....

Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

Most of my work is commercial. I enjoy seeing my photographs help brands connect with the customer and ultimately aid in the success of the advertising campaign. The most satisfying part of my job is having challenging photo assignments come to fruition that make the client completely happy.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

Although I have experience in all types of photography, I would say that food photo shoots are where I can make the biggest difference. This type of work inspired my interest in cooking and has greatly influenced my ability to take better food photography. I've applied many tricks to make food look mouthwatering in the styling and set-up. It's not edible that way but works wonders for the camera. This has given me an immense appreciation for a plate that not only looks good but tastes even better!

Prix, distinctions et reconnaissances reçus

Two of my photographs were exhibited by Kodak in the Photokina in Germany. It was the first time we used multiple photographs with a lenticular lens to show two images switching when the angle of viewing changed.

Un fait amusant sur ce photographe

I have two large dogs, French Mastiffs, that follow me everywhere when I'm at home. If you are old enough to have seen the movie with Tom Hanks, "Turner and Hooch", you can just try to imagine living with two hooches as I am now!
