Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

Not only do I get to be a part of other people's special days and moments, I get to immortalize those occasions. There are very few industries or occupations in the world that provide an opportunity to bring someone back to a single moment in time, in such a powerful way.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

When shooting a wedding, I absolutely love having the opportunity to also shoot an engagement session with the couple. Not only does it break the ice and allow us to be more comfortable with one another, but it allows us to build a relationship that influences the way I capture their wedding day, to showcase their unique personalities in the photos. I've also had great shoots with families, by simply encouraging them to be themselves and celebrate the things that make them love each other so much.

Prix, distinctions et reconnaissances reçus

My first photography honor was having one of my nature photos chosen for the cover of a local magazine's Spring 2005 issue. I later placed second in a nationwide landscape photo contest designed to highlight locations for outdoor adventures.

My other artistic passion is playing acoustic guitar. I've been playing for most of my life, and music is how I met my lovely wife, who is a fantastic singer.
