Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

The main thing I love about my job is that I get to call it my job. I get to create for a living. I am a small part of bringing people's lives, dreams, achievements, to life. It's a gift to be able to aid others in that process, and to tell the stories and convey the emotions that people are looking for.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

I have taken photos of just about every scenario I can think of, mainly because my camera goes with me everywhere even when I'm not technically on the job. I have been able to capture the simple beauty of nature, the fine lines of boats and cars and other machines, the laughter and deep smile lines of kind faces, the steadfastness and bearing of our nations military and veterans, the speed trails and dust clouds of bikes mid race, the all expansive joy of couples saying "I do". It's all a reward to me, to be able to take part in those little moments, and give people something they will remember forever.

Prix, distinctions et reconnaissances reçus

I have no awards at present other than the comments and reviews of people that have been touched by my work. My favorite one to date "Nate's photography doesn't steal the essence of the subject like most others do, instead, it shines a brighter light on said essence."

Un fait amusant sur ce photographe

I was an Infantryman in the Marines in a past life, a far cry from the life I live now, and looking back maybe I should have been a Combat Cameraman or a Conflict Journalist instead.
