Yazi Ferrufino is a Boston based photographer who specializes in live music photography. He has freelanced for companies such as Interscope Records & Universal Music Group. He has also freelanced for artists such as Billie Eilish, Yung Bae, Lolo Zouai and more. He will be going on a 21 US City bus tour in the fall with recent Coachella performer and producer Yung Bae. Aside from music he has done work for kids clothing boutiques, eyewear retailers, and law firms. He is completely self taught and has built his company from the ground up over these past 4 years when he picked up my first camera proving that you do not need to have a degree to produce the highest quality content. He is available for events, product photography, advertising photography, outdoor portraits, live music performances, and if you can think of anything else let him know because he loves a challenge!.

Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

I love being able to travel and have experiences meeting celebrities that people only see in magazines or social media. It has been surreal to be a part of that lifestyle and it will only be growing from here.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

Product wise I have done work for a eye wear company where I was given a set of a few sunglasses and had the day to roam with them and do what I do. Just being able to work with natural lighting and then also incorporating the reflections from the glasses added a whole different element to my photos that I loved.

Prix, distinctions et reconnaissances reçus

In 2016 I believe I won a social media contest out of 2,000 applicants for the best photo of Boston culture. I won $300 and a helicopter ride over the city where Ii was able to take photos. I also won a contest for a local bank where they used my photos in their calendar.

Un fait amusant sur ce photographe

I have been skydiving 3 times and plan on going enough times to solo dive! I also am a touring music photographer and have been on 3 music tours so far!
