En savoir plus sur Zach G....

Qu'est-ce que vous aimez dans votre métier ?

I feel like my truest self with a camera. I love being able to offer the gift of photography to anyone who values it.

Quels types de séances avez-vous réalisés et comment les avez-vous rendus spéciaux ?

In my first four years of shooting weddings, I always included a photo booth. It created a warm, candid space for guests to let loose—capturing raw, joyful moments that added another layer to the story of the day. I also used off-camera lighting systems with remotely triggered flashes mounted throughout the venue. This allowed me to craft lighting setups tailored to each part of the event, far surpassing what an on-camera flash can achieve. Off-camera light feels more natural and immersive—it enhances the moment instead of flattening it.

That lighting philosophy has carried into all areas of my work—from action sports and automotive to on-location food shoots. Whether I’m recreating soft morning light for a breakfast spread or dramatic contrast for a car in motion, I take time to shape the light to fit the mood and message. It’s that attention to lighting and atmosphere that makes each shoot feel intentional and distinct.

Un fait amusant sur ce photographe

I grew up rollerblading, and it’s become a multi-dimensional tool in my life. Beyond the physical and improvisational nature of skating, it's taught me how to stay present and creative—skills that directly translate to photography. Whether I'm behind the lens shooting action or navigating the unexpected on a shoot, skating reminds me to embrace my uniqueness and trust my instincts. The skating community is full of originality, and being part of it continues to inspire my work
