Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to connect with people and capture moments that may never happen in exactly the same way again. I enjoy helping clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, even when they initially feel nervous. Whether I am photographing a wedding, family milestone, professional brand, or live event, I love creating images that make people feel proud, emotional, and excited. Knowing that my photographs may become part of someone’s personal history makes my work incredibly rewarding.

Welke soorten shoots heb je gedaan en hoe heb je ze speciaal gemaakt?

I have photographed weddings, elopements, portraits, families, graduations, maternity sessions, professional headshots, branding campaigns, corporate events, concerts, fashion events, and community celebrations. I make each shoot special by learning about the client’s goals, offering personalized guidance, paying attention to important details, and creating a relaxed experience. I also look for candid moments and unique perspectives that help each gallery feel personal instead of generic.

Prijzen, onderscheidingen en erkenningen ontvangen

My photography was awarded by Smithsonian Magazine when one of my wildlife images was selected as the Smithsonian Magazine Photo of the Day on May 10, 2025. I have also received media and press access to photograph notable concerts, fashion events, and large-scale celebrations, including New York Fashion Week events and a sold-out Project Pat concert in Richmond, Virginia.

A fun fact about me is that I enjoy photographing everything from quiet family moments and professional portraits to fast-paced concerts and major events. One of my wildlife photographs was even awarded by Smithsonian Magazine, which was an exciting reminder that beautiful and meaningful images can be created anywhere.
