Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

I get to combine my two biggest passions cars and photography, and turn them into something real for people. There's nothing better than seeing the reaction of an owner when they see their car captured in a way they've never seen it before. Every vehicle is different, every shoot is different, and that's what keeps me excited to pick up the camera every single time. I'm self-taught, I've built this from the ground up, and I genuinely love what I do. Getting to help people tell the story of their car through photography is something I don't take for granted and love as a passion project!

Over the years I've had the opportunity to work across a really wide range of automotive shoots. From helping individual owners sell their cars online, to creating content for social media pages and magazines, to working directly with manufacturers on campaigns for new car launches across Canada and the US. I've also had the pleasure of working with local events like Cars and Coffee, capturing not just the cars but the atmosphere and energy that makes those events so special. Each type of shoot brings something different to the table and has helped shape me into a more well-rounded photographer.

Over the course of my career I've had some incredible opportunities that I'm really proud of. I was featured by Honda Canada with the launch of the Honda Civic Type R, and help cover the annual FCA Ottawa Ferrari Festival Event. Beyond that, my work has been featured by a number of well-known automotive brands including XPEL, Honda, Porsche Canada, Acuity Instruments, Inozetek, BBS Wheels, Pagani, Land Rover, Acura Canada, Morimoto Lighting, Magnaflow Exhausts, Bring a Trailer, and Yokohama Tire. Being recognized by brands like these is something I truly don't take for granted and continues to push me to keep growing.

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and made the move up to Ottawa, Canada back in 2012. Having a background rooted in both cultures has been a really unique experience. I appreciate and genuinely love both places for what they bring to the table. It's given me a pretty interesting perspective on life, and I think that blend of experiences shows up in the way I approach my work and connect with people.
