Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

I love meeting all sorts of people. I love that no day is ever the same. I enjoy being there on a special day or during a special time in someone’s life. I enjoy working with parents to be, moms and dads, entrepreneurs, children of all ages, and people looking to make connections with others. Whatever the challenge may be, I will rise to meet it.

Welke soorten shoots heb je gedaan en hoe heb je ze speciaal gemaakt?

I have specialized in family photography including: engagements, maternity, newborn, families, children of all ages, high school seniors, pets, fine art, landscapes, lifestyle, classic, studio portraiture, and am expanding to include commercial photography, food, special events, and elopements.

In order to make a shoot special, I think it’s important to understand the needs and wants of the client and to discover what they feel is special about the task at hand. Making sure that clients feel heard, and that the main focus of the session is well covered all while adding a little of my own flair along the way is the way I approach each session.

I am a transplant from the midwest and have enjoyed living in the PNW for over 20 years now. In my free time, I love going on hikes, kayaking, and spending time with my family and my dog.
