Hi, my name is Jack, and I have been working in photography and videography since 2009. I started my career in the UK working for a Chinese media company, where I filmed news stories and documentary projects. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of storytelling, composition, and working in real-life situations.
Over the years, I have worked independently as a commercial photographer and videographer, covering a wide range of projects including portraits, weddings, family photography, automotive photography, real estate, documentaries, and commercial content.
My passion for photography comes from capturing real emotions and meaningful moments in a natural and timeless way. I especially enjoy using traditional composition and natural light to create images that feel balanced, authentic, and full of life. For me, photography is not just about taking pictures — it is about preserving stories and emotions that people can remember for years to come.

What I love most about my job is the opportunity to capture real emotions and meaningful moments that people can keep for a lifetime.
Every photoshoot is different, and I enjoy meeting new people, understanding their stories, and creating images that feel natural and personal to them. I especially enjoy seeing clients feel confident, relaxed, and happy during the shooting process.
I also love the creative side of photography — working with composition, light, atmosphere, and storytelling to create images that feel timeless and full of life.
I have worked on a variety of commercial and event photography projects, including automotive events, corporate events, portraits, and media coverage.
One of the most memorable projects I photographed was the MG 100th Anniversary celebration in the UK. It was a large and prestigious event with an impressive atmosphere, important guests, and beautifully designed displays. I focused on capturing both the energy of the event and the details that represented the history and identity of the brand.
I also photographed the Omoda automotive press launch event, where I captured the presentations, audience reactions, vehicle details, and the overall atmosphere of the event. For projects like these, I always try to combine strong composition, storytelling, and natural moments to create images that feel professional, dynamic, and visually engaging.
Another unforgettable experience was spending six months photographing wedding and pre-wedding sessions in Santorini, Greece. The natural scenery, ocean light, architecture, and romantic atmosphere left a very deep impression on me. That experience helped me better understand how to use natural light and environment to create emotional and timeless images for couples.
At this time, I have not received any official photography awards. However, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of professional commercial, event, and portrait projects, and I take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work and positive experiences for my clients.
Some of my favorite places to photograph in San Francisco are the coastline areas near the ocean, San Francisco City Hall, and the Palace of Fine Arts.
I enjoy shooting near the ocean because the natural light, atmosphere, and open space create beautiful and timeless images, especially during sunset. San Francisco City Hall is one of my favorite locations for portraits and weddings because of its elegant architecture and classic feeling. The Palace of Fine Arts is also a wonderful location with unique architecture, reflections, and a very artistic atmosphere.
For commercial projects, I also enjoy working at locations chosen specifically by clients, because every business and environment has its own personality and creative opportunities.
