I did a family portrait for a couple my wife and I are good friends with. Their family came to our city, and this was the first time they had all been together in 10 years or so. I took them to one of my favorite parks in our city and took hundreds of photos of the family. The reward was when I sent the photos to my friend and the joy it brought him seeing his family together in the photos.

Over the years I have mainly used Instagram to post photos. It is a tradition when I get up to my family cabin to take a photo of a new beer that I find at a small store in town. The image has the backdrop of the lake and mountain that our cabin is close to. I have had multiple companies reach out and ask me permission to use my photos to promote their beer. It is a bit silly thinking about it but it still fulfills me.

Other than photography and videography, I love to work on cars on the weekends, even if it is as simple as washing them.
