Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?
I love that a camera grants me entry into moments people will recall for the rest of their lives. One hour I’m waist-deep in tidewater photographing barefoot vows, the next I’m shoulder to shoulder with a grandmother lighting a candle for her grandson’s first birthday. Every assignment invites me to stand in the middle of real, unfiltered joy and turn it into something permanent. Late at night, scrolling through raw files, I can still feel the heartbeat in each frame, and that quiet knowing is enough to make me reach for the camera again before my coffee cools.

Over the last decade I’ve photographed elopements on windswept cliffs or in city halls, 300-guest Lowcountry weddings, sunrise proposals, family mini sessions in Spanish-moss parks, and editorial brand campaigns for boutiques. I make each one special by starting with conversation - learning the insecurities about being in front of a lens - then I design a timeline and location plan that fits their actual lives, not a Pinterest board.
