Through his company, Matt Rice Films, he has developed a strong background in multi-camera production, clean audio capture, lighting, editing, and visual storytelling.

His training comes from years of hands-on production work across many different environments, from fast-paced live events to polished corporate interviews and creative brand shoots. Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

What I love most about this work is helping people look their best and feel confident on camera. Every shoot is different, and I enjoy the challenge of walking into a new environment, understanding what the client needs, and creating visuals that feel professional and meaningful.

I also love the mix of creativity and problem-solving. Whether I’m capturing a once-in-a-lifetime moment, documenting a business event, or creating polished content for a brand, I get to use both technical skill and creativity to deliver something valuable. There’s nothing better than having a client see the final result and feel proud of how they were represented.

Welke soorten shoots heb je gedaan en hoe heb je ze speciaal gemaakt?

I have worked on a wide range of photo and video projects, including corporate events, conferences, interviews, brand shoots, weddings, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and social media content. My background in videography gives me a strong eye for lighting, movement, composition, and storytelling, which carries over into my photography work.

I make each shoot special by focusing on preparation, communication, and making the client feel comfortable. For events and conferences, I look for the moments that show energy, professionalism, and connection. For portraits and headshots, I help guide people naturally so they look confident without feeling stiff or overly posed. For brand and business shoots, I focus on creating clean, polished visuals that help the client present themselves with credibility.

Outside of photography and videography, I have always been drawn to creative expression. I sang in a children’s choir at my church for several years, which gave me an early appreciation for music, performance, and storytelling. I also studied art and color theory, which helped shape my eye for composition, color, and visual balance.

I have explored painting over the years and still enjoy creative outlets beyond the camera. I also have a deep love for the beach. It is my favorite place in the world and one of the places where I feel most relaxed and inspired.
