My passion for photography started when I was a teenager. I have always loved to photograph my surroundings as well as my family but decided to study communication design instead as it was a passion too. When it was finally time to practice design I felt that photography was a better fit for me and what I wanted to do. Since that moment I have been making photography my career goal and got a second Bachelors, of fine arts, in photography. Graphic design has really helped me in photography because it teaches you to see details, colours, how to crop, negative spaces and composition.

Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

I love that I can simply share what I see. I love that someone can see an image that I take and understand an emotion. I also enjoy taking still life, nature for that reason.

Welke soorten shoots heb je gedaan en hoe heb je ze speciaal gemaakt?

I have done portraits, fashion, project base (fine art projects), still life and architectural. For me every shoot is different and so is special. Depending on the shoot I like to play music and have people feel as if I was their long time friend.

Prijzen, onderscheidingen en erkenningen ontvangen

Had a few little exhibitions and am preparing for more. Have some work at different friends houses. My work has been shared on different social media

Taught myself piano for a bit, drums as well. Taught myself Photoshop.
A fun fact is that I smell everything. Smelling is important in knowing what you eat, danger, memories etc.
