My name is Nils Eisfeld, born in 1982 in Halle (Saale), and I studied mechatronics engineering at the Technical University of Dresden.
About 15 years ago, I started pursuing photography more consciously.
And it hit me like a ton of bricks. Suddenly, photography was all I cared about. I thought about nothing else, neglected my studies, and even dreamed of taking photographs.
At first, it was mainly dilapidated buildings that I liked to visit with my camera. But pretty quickly, I also got into architecture, experimental, and portrait photography. During that time (and still do today), I absorbed knowledge like a sponge, and my learning curve was very steep. I was/am apparently pretty good. At least I've won a few competitions, been featured in photography magazines, and (my pictures) have even hung in NYC galleries and art fairs.
Since 2018 I have been working as a freelance photographer, specializing in real estate, architecture and event photography.

Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

Being a photographer allows me to live the life I want. I travel a lot, experience a lot of new things, meet lots of nice people, can express myself artistically, and put a smile on people's faces.
I love capturing the images I have in my head with my camera.
Finding a way to convey certain messages in an image is always a challenge for me.

done uncountable real estate shoots for brokers, interior shoots for designer, many kinds of event shoots and a lot of business type headshots of university staff. (including very big group shots)
