Since 2012 Rebeca’s work has spanned the worlds of headshots, corporate events, weddings and theater.

With a Bachelor of Journalism degree, she offers a documentary language to the photos she takes with the intention of telling a story through her clients.

Rebeca also worked as an Assistant Photographer to the documentary photographer Gustavo Malheiros on several projects, including the book and documentary “Tempestade.”

Today she runs her own studio in Los Angeles with a focus on headshots, while expanding her business into Real Estate photography.

Wat vind je het leukst aan je werk?

I love that I get to know people and tell their stories. As humans, we are highly visual creatures and I love to explore all kinds of expression coming from individuals, families and businesses.

Welke soorten shoots heb je gedaan en hoe heb je ze speciaal gemaakt?

I have done many family and wedding photo shoots. To make them special I look for the human moments like good friends who haven't seen each other in a while or kids having fun with the matriarch of the family. It’s these simple shared moments that few notice at the time which can bring something extra special to an event.
