Agata est une photographe basée à Paris, formée à l’Association des Photographes d’Art Polonais à Varsovie. Depuis plus de dix ans, elle travaille comme photographe documentaire indépendante. She currently lives in Paris, where she continues to develop projects that explore themes of solitude, memory, and the invisible tensions in everyday life.

What do you love about your job?

I love telling stories through images. Photography gives me the chance to capture authentic emotions and fleeting moments that might otherwise be forgotten. What I enjoy most is creating photographs that are not only visually strong but also meaningful - pictures that speak about people’s lives, their connections, and the world we share. Every assignment is an opportunity to preserve a story in a way that is honest, artistic, and unique.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I have photographed interiors, focusing on light and design details to make each space look inviting and alive. I have also covered events and family gatherings, where I anticipate the key moments that tell the story. With portraits, I create a relaxed atmosphere so people feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

Mymwork has been published in polish daily newspapers, Business Traveller, and Vogue Italia, and exhibited in contemporary art gallery in Poland (Państwowa Galeria Sztuki), the Glasgow Gallery of Photography, Fülle Galleria in Buenos Aires, during Canvas International Art Fair in Venice and in an exposition in Mexico City.

I can never walk through a city without stopping to take photos of interesting corners, people, or light. My friends know that a short walk with me can easily turn into a little photo adventure.
