What do you love about your job?
I think people are so, so beautiful. I see your beauty in the way you push your hair back from your face, or pause to enjoy warming your hands on a mug of coffee. In the way you roll your eyes when your partner makes a bad pun. In the way your eyes light up when your favorite song comes on. My goal - my JOB - my incredibly privileged and wonderful job - is to take a picture that shows YOU how beautiful the rest of the world already thinks you are.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
At any shoot - wedding, family, event - I am good at being friendly and invisible. I'm going to joke with you and let you do your thing in your own time. I'm going to walk around with you until everyone feels comfortable enough to relax. We're going to take a break mid-photo shoot and get a beverage if we need to, cause a camera constantly pointed at you can get tough! I get it. I know how awkward it can be to be on the other side of the lens, and I'm here to make it as painless (and dare I say fun?) as possible.
