What do you love about your job?
My favorite thing about being a photographer is having the ability to capture a priceless moment in time that you can look back on years later and remember as if it’s happening all over again before your eyes. I prefer a documentary-style approach to my photography. I believe nothing is more beautiful than the most authentic and genuine representation of my subjects.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've done many different types of shoots but one of the most memorable was a recent maternity shoot with a first-time mom. She was just glowing and I felt so honored to be able to capture her during such a special and beautiful time of her life. I believe my genuine awe and excitement resonated because I saw her light up and let go of any apprehension she might've had being in front of the lens and it truly came out in her photos.

While I haven't entered my photographs for contests or publications there is truly no greater reward than the look on my clients' face when they get their photos back and absolutely LOVE them!
A fun fact about this photographer
In addition to photography I also love drawing, painting, and playing ukulele! I'm also passionate about animal rescue. I work part-time as a veterinary technician and adopted my dog after fostering her and realizing we were best friends.
