What do you love about your job?

For me, it comes down to creative problem-solving and client joy. I love the technical artistry of building a shot from scratch, but what really drives me is the impact of the final image. Whether it’s giving someone a portrait they feel incredible about or helping a business owner see their product shine, bringing that genuine satisfaction to a client is the best part of the job.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I’ve worked across nearly every corner of photography: directing busy portrait studios, capturing milestone events, and styling culinary and product shoots.
What sets my work apart is genuine presence and creative collaboration. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. For portrait sessions, that means reading the room, listening, and catching those authentic in-between moments that tell a real story. For culinary and commercial projects, it’s about honoring the client’s hard work by sculpting light to highlight every vibrant color, steam, and texture."

Nothing beats fresh air. When I’m not out exploring scenic hiking trails in great weather, you’ll usually find me getting my hands dirty growing fresh vegetables in my backyard garden.
