More about Augusto R....
What do you love about your job?
What I love most about my job is the variety it brings. Every day is different—new projects, new creative challenges, and new people to connect with. Each assignment has its own story, requiring a fresh approach and a unique perspective. That constant change keeps me inspired, pushes me to grow, and allows me to tell diverse stories through my images.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I’ve done all kinds of photoshoots—food, products, portraits, lifestyle, documentary. What makes them special is the diversity and fun each one brings.
Every project is a new challenge, requiring a different approach and creative vision. I love the variety—one day I’m styling a dish to make it look mouthwatering, the next I’m capturing a product’s details to make it shine, or working with a person to show their true personality in a portrait. Documentary shoots allow me to capture authentic moments and real stories as they unfold.
That mix of creativity, diversity, and fun keeps my passion alive—and makes every photoshoot feel fresh and exciting.
A fun fact about this photographer
back in university, I made a documentary about food! It was one of my first big projects and really sparked my passion for combining storytelling with visual creativity. Plus, it taught me a lot about the power of food to bring people together—something I still love capturing today.
