More about Bert T....
What do you love about your job?
Photography is a great way to interact with people and what they feel passionate about. Whether it's personal portraits, photographing the signature dish of an up an coming chef, or athletes competing - photography allows me to connect on a very special level with my clients.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Shooting cycling races and the people in them connects me to a sport that I love. Having people trust me with photographing their products, whether they be culinary creations, or products for retail or wholesale is an honor I take very seriously. I want them to get the images they want to convey what they want to present. As a photographer I enjoy the conversations with clients before the shoot to help them formulate a vision and then bring it to life.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
First published photograph at the age of 18 in Velo News. I've also had my images in Sport magazine, Art and Architectural Journal, Classic Cars, FHM, Design Week and numerous websites, as well as advertisements for several Fortune 500 companies.
