I love being able to communicate a story through both a single photograph as well as a series. I also love being outside and meeting people.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done a lot of story based campaigns for brands. For example I did a series of shoots for BMW. Instead of only taking the cars to scenic locations, we built a dialogue around each car. There was a young couple on a road trip up the coast, a visit to Palm Springs for mid century modern architecture, and an executive mom and balancing work and parenting. These campaigns allowed the audience to be engaged and feel connected to story, people and of course the cars.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
A long term documentary project was recently published in Streetdreams Magazine, a quarterly print photography magazine.
