Cole started his photography career in film school. While completing his Bachelors for Media Arts from the University of Arizona he took a black & white celluloid photo class and developed his own negatives, dodging and burning while learning. From there he developed a deep love and appreciative of the fundamentals of photography and started snapping pics of everything he could. Eventually he began to shoot weddings, headshots, sports, real estate and stylized art photography.
I love finding those "little moments" of life. I teach photography to highschool students and I love seeing them perfect the lessons I have imbued them with.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've shot tons of sports photography. I like capturing the high speed action in sports and freezing in my frame. I've shot art projects, engagements, headshots, real estate, wildlife, commercial and BTS. (behind the scenes)
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
A few of my shoots have been in magazines and used in commercial websites for national promotions. I won a B&W photo competition back in college.
A fun fact about this photographer
I've produced a half dozen indie movies; they are online if you are in the mood for a good B flick.
