What do you love about your job?
What I love most about my job is the variety and the constant challenge of translating real-world subjects—whether it's food, spaces, or people—into strong, effective images. Every shoot is a new opportunity to solve problems visually, collaborate with others, and create something useful and lasting. The balance between creativity and precision is what keeps me motivated every day.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of shoots—including food and drink campaigns, real estate listings, hotel and restaurant branding, corporate portraits, and lifestyle sessions. Each project comes with its own set of expectations and requires a tailored approach. What makes my shoots special is the way I combine technical skill with an understanding of the client's goals. Whether I’m working with natural light in a cozy café, styling a dish to enhance its appeal, or composing a portrait that feels authentic and flattering, I always aim to create images that are both visually strong and commercially effective. I take time to prepare, communicate clearly, and ensure that every detail—light, composition, mood—supports the final purpose of the image.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
While I haven’t actively entered photography competitions in recent years due to time constraints, I did take part in several as a young photographer early in my career. Over time, my focus shifted toward professional assignments and long-term editorial collaborations.
My work has been featured in numerous commercial and editorial platforms in Italy and abroad. I also curated a historical photography exhibition and book titled “Gli Interguglielmi – Una dinastia di fotografi”, documenting the legacy of my family’s studio, founded in 1863.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in the food, fashion, real estate, and luxury sectors, and my images have appeared in leading magazines including Vogue, Vogue Gioiello, Marie Claire France, Forbes France, Elle France, Malvie, Volant, A&D, Ville e Giardini, and Ville e Casali. My aim is always to create high-impact, timeless visuals that meet both artistic and commercial needs.
A fun fact about this photographer
Photography runs deep in my family: our studio was founded back in 1863, making me the fifth generation in this profession. But here’s the fun part—despite being surrounded by cameras my whole life, I originally dreamed of becoming a travel journalist. In the end, I found that photography was my way of exploring the world and telling its stories—just with images instead of words.
