What do you love about your job?
Growing up in rural Queensland, I fell in love with the outback and the relaxed style of everyday life. This lifestyle continues today as I am very grateful to now live near the sea in the Byron Bay region, where I can appreciate some of the most iconic beaches and natural landmarks.
I have a love for photographing the natural landscape – the bush, beach and ocean. However, over the past few years, I have spent a lot of time abroad so my portfolio documents my love for the architecture, colour and textures of my travel adventures. I have also met some of the most amazing people through my recent commercial work which has been a great honour.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done a lot more location, editorial portraiture and commercial interiors more recently and I love the diversity of the jobs. I always get the best out of the space I'm in and in a recent shoot for an eco-accomodation I was able to photograph the models in the bush setting as well as the timber interiors in a beautiful organic and meaningful way.

I have been acknowledged in the 2019 & 2020 Australasia's Top Emerging Photographers in the Landscape & Travel category. I was also a finalist in the local Photography awards in 2018.
A fun fact about this photographer
I have been a long distance runner for much of my life, running more than a dozen half marathons and 5 marathons. At school I was awarded many accolades for my achievements. Fitness and moving my body has always been a big part of my personal life.
