More about Efthimios M....
What do you love about your job?
I love being able to breathe new life into what might initially seem ordinary and mundane. There is something special about every home, and being able to shine a light on it via photography is a challenge both stimulating and rewarding. Bringing out the true essence and beauty of a home plays a vital role in matching buyers with their dream home, and being a part of that process makes me feel I am positively impacting people's lives.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done a wide variety of real estate shoots, from studio apartments to luxury condos, three-bedroom starter homes to elaborate mansions. On each shoot, I try to find unique characteristics of the space and highlight them, while maintaining a consistent and coherent feel throughout the batch of photos. I also do a few "style shots" to shine the spotlight on smaller touches, such as furniture, light fixtures, and molding. For windows with particularly breathtaking views, I carefully fuse multiple exposures to make sure the details of outside don't get blown out, while maintaining a natural feel to the room's lighting and letting the indoor features shine through.
