More about Ferenc B....
What do you love about your job?
I feel fortunate that I'm able to pursue my passion as my career, but that's not the thing I love most about photography. We live in a time when there are more photographers then ever, and I love that, the fact that every day so much amazing content is being created that inspires, experiments and re-invents. It's great to be part of something like this, it pushes you to become better every day.. I don't think many other professions have such a community.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I enjoy fashion shoots that are not the norm, for example teaming with interesting designers. I did a project where the designer made dresses from recycled materials, such as Target plastic bags, Trader Joes paper bags or toilet paper. Since this project was to raise awareness in a form of an exhibition, I made the creative decision to use different colored vibrant backdrops to grab the attention from far away and draw in the viewer.
