More about Janet M....

What do you love about your job?

I love trying new types of photography. I've primarily been an event an portrait photographer but I'm branching out into other styles. I'm enjoying taking on new jobs without people as the subject, lol! Of course I love working with people but since 2020 I've been exploring product and real estate photography and have been surprised by how much I enjoy it. My dream job is to someday make photos for a cookbook.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

Throughout the majority of my career I have worked with corporate and non-profit clients photographing events and portraits. My affable nature and down to earth attitude create a relaxed experience for everyone in front of my camera and behind it as well. I work in an unobtrusive style with a keen eye for details and the ability to capture candid moments naturally. These attributes plus my editing expertise and ability to see flattering light allow me to create beautiful, timeless, connected photos clients treasure for years to come.

A fun fact about this photographer

I was a women's triathlon coach for 8 years and have done 9 sprint distance triathlons. I love branding via archetypes, Ayurveda and Human Design.
