What do you love about your job?
Everything! Getting the job, thinking about it, talking details with the clients, planning the lighting, backdrops, etc... A good part of photography is pleasing yourself first, finding the way to showcase something or someone in a great light. Also seeing your client use your photographs for years, is very rewarding.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done most standard commercial shoots from industrial, to medical, architecture, magazine work and my mission is always the same for each one, to bring the best out of my subject.

A fun fact about this photographer
I am also a professional musician, playing the chromatic harmonica in a gypsy jazz band. I have 2 CDs, one Blues, one gypsy Jazz. I co-wrote a book called "Highway 61 - Voices of the Delta, Faces of the South" and visited the Clarksdale Blues Museum, where famous Blues player's instruments were displayed. I played a Blues for the museum curator, on my small harmonica and he decided I should put it in the display case, close to Sonny Boy Williamson the II, world-famous Blues player. I was humbled.
