More about Jenna C....
What do you love about your job?
Everything. I love creating. I love when I take a photo for someone and they truly love that photo of themself, or when I photograph a wedding and they are so thankful for all of the memories that were so authentically captured. Creating timeless, candid, and natural images that people can look at and love forever are what make me so passionate and excited.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done many portrait sessions and engagement sessions for couples. A lot of the time, the people that hire me have little to no experience getting their photo taken, and almost every time they let me know how "nervous" or "awkward" they are before hand. Getting my clients comfortable is my number one priority. Making them feel like we're just hanging out, and having them forget the camera is there is super important to me. I like to capture raw and candid moments, so I have a lot of prompts and things I usually talk about to get the client to a place where I think they'll feel comfortable. When it comes to event and concert photography, always being alert and camera-ready is what's most important to me. With anything I shoot, capturing candid moments is what I strive for, so always making sure I'm ready to ensure I don't miss anything is the main goal. With real estate photography, my biggest goal is to capture photos that make the space look beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and make a potential client feel completely immersed in the room.
