More about Joliette M....
What do you love about your job?
My favorite part of being a photographer is being able to connect with new people and capture their stories and essence. Photographs freeze beautiful moments in time in a way that allows other people to feel like they were there with them, too. Photography is both intimate yet public, and artistic yet honest.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done engagement shoots, senior portraits, and dance photography in the past. In order to make them special, I work closely with my clients before a shoot to ensure that both my clients and myself are feeling comfortable and prepared. I make sure that I find out what style of photos my clients are looking for, discuss wardrobe and location with them, and even find out what type of music they may want to listen to during the shoot! I also try to learn about my clients' personalities and interests and try to incorporate them into my sessions.
A fun fact about this photographer
I was an elementary school teacher for four years, so I love working with kids! I also grew up dancing my whole life and I am obsessed with cookies and ice cream.
