More about Josefina P....
What do you love about your job?
What I love most about photography is the chance to connect with people. Every person carries a unique story, and through my camera I can create a space where they feel seen and valued. I enjoy capturing not only how someone looks, but also the emotions and essence that make them who they are. Photography allows me to build trust, to listen without words, and to transform those encounters into images that feel authentic and timeless.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have photographed live performances such as dance, theater, and concerts, as well as portraits and documentary projects. What makes each shoot special for me is the attention I give to the atmosphere and the people involved. I always try to create a comfortable space where trust can grow, so that emotions and authenticity come through naturally. Whether in the intensity of a live performance or the intimacy of a portrait, I focus on capturing the essence of the moment rather than just the appearance.

A fun fact about this photographer
As a photographer, I’m actually terrible at being in front of the camera — I’m never photogenic, always feel awkward, and never know how to pose.
