What do you love about your job?
There are two aspects I enjoy the most of being a professional photographer. The first is to give concrete representations that display the creativity and vision of designers. Often times physical objects are seen by only a small privileged minority, photography allows these objects, spaces, and products to be seen by the masses allowing the designs to celebrated beyond their physical reach. The second aspect of photography I enjoy is giving people lasting memories of fleeting moments. There are so many special events in our lives that happen quickly and are gone, photographs bring us back to the sensations. I love being the vehicle to deliver people back to their memorable moments.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done everything from products, to spaces, to weddings. I make the shoots special by keying in on what the client needs the most from the photos and stepping outside of myself to be the vehicle for delivering the client's needs into the photographs.
