Since 1998, Kris D'Amico has been creating images to help companies show and tell. Since then, he has traveled the world to create and seek out great work.

He has shot for the National Guard complete with grenades in roaring humvees, created quiet pieces that graced the home page of Apple.com, and filmed a 15 part training DVD in the oldest Italian restaurant in San Fransisco, among many other incredible clients.

He is classically trained in fine art photography, lending your images a depth that is too often lacking in traditional advertising imagery. He loves creating images that are both sellable and cost effective, with a little something extra.

What do you love about your job?

What do I love about my job? People and places and stories and all of the things!! I love people and I also love tech so I'm always excited to get super nerd-y with my clients about all the details and admittedly a touch "OCD" about some of the things on set. I think that finding good conversations, both long and short, as well as great light are two of the most fun parts of my job!

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

At this point, I think I've shot just about everything. With over 20 years in the business, we've literally gone to mountain tops for clients and everything in between. I think specifically on a shoot, I love good music and good conversation - tell me your story. I bet it has a LOT to do with what we're shooting.

A fun fact about this photographer

I'm an avid home cook. I love to make complicated dishes. And I'm also a gardner, I grow really hot peppers and make insanely hot, hot sauce.
